How to Make ANY Plugin Mid/Side with StudioRack

Mid/Side processing can be a secret sauce to add impact and width to music during mastering. But not all plugins have M/S. Learn how to quickly “split” any plugin into M/S with the FREE StudioRack plugin chainer.

Mid-side processing gives you the power to process the mid (center) and side signals of your stereo tracks independently of one another. M/S can be a secret sauce for adding instant focus, impact, and width to music during mastering.
Not all plugins have M/S processing built-in. However, by inserting any plugin into the StudioRack plugin chainer, you can turn any plugin into M/S. In this video, we show you how, for example, you can turn the popular SSL G-Master Buss Compressor and PuigTec EQ plugins into mid-side tools.
